If there’s one thing that’s valuable to anybody in charge of sales and marketing, it’s a thorough working knowledge of all facets of just what it is he or she is selling or marketing. Let’s call it what it is in this case – heavy-duty expertise.
That’s Bill Wilson, right there. The man has a degree in architecture from Virginia Tech and spent several years in a Design/Build practice before he rolled into project management in the contract office furniture arena. Fast forward a few years while he moves through (and higher and higher) in the system, and he’s sales manager for demountable walls. That’s before he traded up and joined KGa. His experience makes him a natural for both our Fabrication and Contract sides of the business. Because, like the rest of us, he knows HE can do, well, damn near anything.
