Material tracking

Glass is generally the last thing to arrive on every jobsite. Knowing where it is and when it's coming is therefore a big deal. Outsourced material is rigorously tracked. However, most of the material we install is manufactured right in our own facility. This allows our PM teams to know exactly when it will be ready for delivery and installation.

Communication

We are unique in our trade. We collaborate with our contractors and design teams. We believe the old style of withholding information is obsolete. We prefer to over-communicate and over-share. There are ‘no surprises’ on our jobs.

Experience

Our staff are highly trained and experienced. Our workers have an average of twelve years in the glass trade and more than seven years average working at KGa. In-depth, on-the-job experience and rigorous quality control and review processes ensure that our entire workforce continue to maintain their outstanding work performance record.

Problem solving and avoidance

Problems arise in construction. However, we work hard to anticipate potential areas of conflict. We are pro-active in resolving problems in advance. Our experienced teams are skilled in spotting and solving potential problems before they manifest.
